We take our relationships very seriously. Our business is built upon them. When we take on a project, we intend to exceed all expectations, even our own. Customer satisfaction is what keeps our little show on the road. Topcoat Finishes customer feedback is a priority.

Customer feedback comes in many forms:

  • verbal
  • email
  • voicemail
  • handwritten letter

Wait, what?

customer feedbackYes, I said handwritten. All forms of customer feedback get our full attention. However, in this day and age, when someone takes the time to put pen to paper, that is about as genuine as you can get.

In this case, the customer had a deck with a badly failed and non-maintained coating that needed to be stripped and refinished – a redwood deck restoration.

We always enjoy taking the time to educate our clients on why an existing coating failed and what our solution to the problem is, with a particular emphasis on how to break the cycle of failure going forward.

We appreciate all of our customers and wish to extend a very special end of the exterior season THANKS to all!
